OUR STORY
CoLo Health Advisors was born out of a shared vision and a deep-rooted passion for healthcare transformation.
Founded by seasoned consultants Steve Anderson and William Mason, our journey is a convergence of professional expertise and personal conviction.
Both Steve and William bring a wealth of experience from leading consulting firms, where they successfully navigated complex projects with multi-million dollar budgets.
However, it's their personal connections to healthcare that truly set the foundation for CoLo Health Advisors.
Steve's upbringing, with a nurse mother and a practice administrator father, instilled a profound understanding of the industry's intricacies. Similarly, William hails from a family of healthcare providers, giving him a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities within the sector.
The genesis of CoLo Health Advisors emerged from a realization during Steve and William’s long tenure in consulting. While healthcare leaders often had visionary strategies, they lacked a trusted partner to translate these visions into tangible outcomes through seamless project execution.
Recognizing this unmet need, Steve and William set out to create a consultancy that goes beyond strategy – one that is wholly-focused on execution within healthcare.

OUR TEAM
Steve Anderson
Steve is the Principal Consultant and Founder of CoLo Health Advisors. Steve is driven by understanding and resolving the unique set of challenges found in the intersection of Healthcare and Digital Transformation.
With over a decade of experience helping healthcare and life sciences organizations execute their M&A and Digital Transformation strategies, Steve primarily works with healthcare executives to understand their unique pain points, analyze the most efficient path to resolution, and then execute the optimal solutions.
Before founding CoLo, Steve advised many F500 clients within the Healthcare practices for leading management consulting firms in Washington D.C., and New York City.
Steve is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) as well as a member of the American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM).
Steve is a Georgetown University graduate, where he studied Government, Economics, and Business.
William Mason
William is the Co-Founder and Managing Director for CoLo Health. William is driven by understanding how technology and healthcare will interface in the future to help healthcare companies run efficiently and effectively.
Prior to CoLo, William was a Manager in Deloitte's Mergers & Acquisitions Division. Here he was responsible for managing the technology integration and separation of a number of large-cap companies, including the successful £4bn sale of the Italian Stock Exchange from the London Stock Exchange Group, and the integration of Lumen’s EMEA division into Colt Technology Services in a deal worth $1.8bn.
William has advised a number of Healthcare clients, including AXA, and the UK’s Department of Health and Social Care where he led all Project Management activities for the National response to COVID-19.
A graduate of Oxford University, William holds a Masters in Human Sciences from Trinity College, Dublin, as well as a Masters in Business Management.
